Made In The Mitten Festival -AUGUST 2018 will take place on Saturday AUGUST 11th from from 10:00am - 6:00pm. This event will take place inside of the Berkley Ice Arena parking lot, as well as the inside of the Berkley Parks and Rec Building. The address for the event is : 2400 Robina Ave, Berkley, MI 48072
This event will feature artists, vendors and Michigan businesses. We will also have live music by Erica Mourad, multiple food trucks, a make and take craft section for kids, as well as a very large bounce house activity area.
This is a juried event. Please make sure to include the necessary photos in your application below. Applications that are not accompanied by images will not be processed. Applications must be fully filled out.
In order to apply, you must be a Michigan company, artist, food truck or vendor. Application fees will not be refunded if you apply and are not one of the above options. Application fees are not refundable if you are not selected as a participant for the event.
Please note at this time we do not accept MLM items, or companies. Therefore, please do not fill out an application if you are a sales rep for Avon, Tupperware, Lipsense, LulaRoe, ETC. We do not allow booth sharing.
We have two options of spaces available for vendors.
Inside spaced are a 10x10 space. These are meant for individuals with no tents.
Each outdoor space is approx. 10x10 ft deep. This is an outdoor event and you will need to supply your own tent. Tents are REQUIRED for participation. The cost of an outdoor space is $120.00 and double spaces are $220.00. Corner spaces can be requested for $50.00 additionally to the booth cost. There is an application fee which is non-refundable. No refunds will be giving after May 1st 2018, no exceptions.

Vendor fees must be paid within 7 days of approval. Invoices will be sent via Paypal and vendor is responsible for Paypal fees of 3%.
All vendors MUST be on time for set-up. If you arrive after the event has started you will NOT be allowed to set-up and will forfeit all vendor fees.
All vendors MUST remain set-up for the duration of the event and all garage doors must remain closed at all times. If vendor leaves before the event is over vendor will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
Only ONE business per table. All vendors must be approved to participate. If you are sharing a table with an unapproved vendor you will no longer be able to participate in future events.
Organizer (Made In The Mitten) is not responsible for vendor sales.
Organizer (Made In The Mitten) has the right to refuse any application.
Vendors that cancel without notice will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
Vendors are responsible for clean up of their space.
Vendors will be photographed during the event. All photos will be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
Vendor layout and table locations will be sent 2 weeks before event.
Vendors are not allowed to change/trade assigned locations with other vendors.
Each vendor will sign a waiver / contract agreeing to the terms of the event.
